Greetings!
What happens here, stays here.
I’m not talking about Vegas. I’m talking about the locker room at halftime of a game.
Television analysts love to interview the winning coach after a closely contested game and ask him what adjustments he made at halftime to win the game.
Why do I share this with you?
Because you’re about to hit the halftime of 2019 or maybe it’s about to hit you.
Halftime can mean a lot of different things. It can be halfway through the fiscal year, the halfway point in the relationship-building phase as you attempt to turn a prospect into a client or halfway through the life of a project team. For some executives, it may signify the halfway point in their careers.
Halftime is a key time for a coach; it’s where you really earn your money. But it isn’t just for coaches, every leader needs to make adjustments and changes based on what is working and what is not.
What is the one main thing you need to do to stay ahead or get ahead of your competition?
What needs to change in the second half to make this happen?
What changes do you want to see in your business or yourself?
What needs to happen to re-motivate you for the homestretch?
These are the questions getting answered right NOW behind the locker room doors of my membership community.
And there are a lot of halftime adjustments taking place in the group.
Adjustments that have spawned new businesses, collaborations between members, and new products that have been monetized before they’ve even come to life.
Sound too good to be true? The proof is in the pudding…
