In my humble but highly accurate opinion, Garth Brooks is the smartest marketer and business man on the planet. He is keenly aware of precisely what business he is in. And I’ll give you a hint, it’s not the music business.
LMMs (Lesser Mere Mortals) may not see it but this has been evident to me for years and today is just another example of his genius.
This morning Brooks personally emailed his customer list that his Legacy Collection is now shipping. Just in time for the holidays, which is no small coincidence as you’re about to see. (He took pre-orders back in the spring.)
The short version about of his Legacy Collection:
- Consists of 3 box sets
- Limited quantity, individually numbered (Only 500,000 available)
- Very unique, premium quality packaging.
- It’s pricey !
All of which make it highly collectible and coveted.
The difference in the $250 bundle, $100 bundle and the $75 bundles is higher quality of the vinyl albums and the packaging. (Along with a collector’s poster)
That’s right, I said $250 and $75…. For “music”…. In 2019.
At a time when artists are making 1/1000th of a penny per online stream of their songs, Garth is selling limited edition collectible physical copies of his music. And at premium prices ranging from $250.00 to $75.00 depending on the type of box set you order. At a time when the industry “experts” said physical distribution is dead and gone forever.
How? Because he knows what business he is REALLY in and it’s not the music business.
What business is he in? In this case, the memorabilia business NOT the music business. (When it comes to concert tickets, THEN he’s in the music and live event business.)
Who is his audience? Super fans.
Brooks is keenly aware of the fact that there are a certain small but highly valuable percentage of his fans who will buy the $250 package even though they probably already own all of those songs. It’s essentially 7 vinyl albums and 7 cds, along with some bonus tracks.
Yeah, so what’s this got to do with me Coach Bru?
Tons…
Almost every industry is becoming just as commoditized as the music business. The internet and our cloud based, instant on demand society today has brought many businesses to their knees. When it comes to price, it’s turned almost everything into a race to the bottom that’s impossible to win.
That is unless you, like Brooks, know what industry you’re really in and which customers you really serve. Every business has super fans. Do you know who your’s are?
At a time when the publishing industry is reducing authors down to selling eBooks for .97 cents and paperbacks for slightly more. Your’s Bruly is channeling his inner Garth and selling a premium priced, limited quantity, exclusive bundle of one of my books.
You see, I don’t just “write about it” and tell you to do it. I walk my talk by actually DOING IT. And the wise, investment-minded people who purchase this offer, get the benefit of me helping them do the same.
You might be wondering…
Why haven’t other entrepreneurs figured this out?
Actually a few have and you can apply their same wisdom, it’s laid out for you here along with some exclusive bonuses you can’t get anywhere else. https://coachbru.com/product/stadium-status-taking-business-big-time/
P.S. It’s something Amazon could NEVER give you.
