My January 1st email to you was about my physical & mental health challenges of 2019. If you missed it, it’s right here.
And an interesting thing happened, my inbox blew up with replies from a lot of people who felt the same way as I have. Here are a couple of them (names withheld) and after you read their reaction you’ll see what I’m rolling out in 2020…
“When I read your email this morning, my eyes teared up because I could relate. And I feel so honored to know you because you’re such a good man to share this. You’re going to help so many people by sharing your story. You just helped me because now I know that I’m not alone. And that other successful people go through this too.
Thank you! I really appreciate you!”
“Thank you for sharing real truth, pain and hope.”

“I read your email this AM…I get it. One small item on why entrepreneurs have double the depression rate is because they spend a lot more time alone I suspect.”
“Love the fact you are facing this head on and realize that your circumstances don’t define you. I understand what you are going through.”
“Thanks for sharing John. Glad you’re feeling better. I’ve experienced some of the same stuff over the years.”
That was just a fraction of the responses.
Since it obviously resonates with so many folks the whole topic merits further attention.
So, on New Year’s Day I began #BruTips which is a daily series of mental & physical health tips I am posting on Twitter every single day for the 2020 year.
You can also expect to see me share my struggles, challenges, victories, defeats. And some of my experiences on this crazy journey that’s the intersection of life and business.
*I can’t promise the strategies will work for you, but it is what has worked for me.
We are taking a deep dive into the subject of work, life, mental and physical health in the monthly video conference that takes place on the first Sunday of each month. My members report this as one of the most valued aspects of membership. If you’re interested, you can join here:
